Q. What information do I need to set up my Owners' Circle Account?
A. To set up your Owners' Circle Account, you'll need to have either your BMW Production # or your Vehicle Identification (VIN) available.
If you are a BMW FS Customer you will need the following information: your Social Security number and your BMW Financial Services account number. This information can be found on your BMW Financial Services monthly statement.
Owners' Circle allows you to access your information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So you can make payments, update your address information, and view your account statement online when it's convenient for you.
Q. How do I obtain my Production Number or VIN?
A. To obtain the Production Number, all you have to do is contact the BMW center where you made your purchase. Your VIN is located on the driver's side dashboard where the windshield glass meets the hood.
Q. How do I track my New Vehicle?
A. You can track your vehicle online via the Owners' Circle. Simply sign up using your Production Number.
Q. I forgot my Username for Owners' Circle how do I retrieve it?
A. Click on the Forgot Username link. You will be asked to enter your Production Number or VIN. You will also be asked to enter the following information: First Name, Last Name, and Zip code. Once this information has been successfully entered you will receive your Username. Write this down as you will need this to log in.
Q. I'm a BMW FS Customer and I forgot my Username for Owners' Circle, how do I retrieve it?
A. Click on the Forgot Username link. Enter your Production Number or VIN. You will then be asked to enter the following information: your Social Security Number and Date of Birth. Once this information has been successfully entered you will receive your Username. Write down your username as you will need this to log in.
Q. I forgot my Owner's Circle Password, how do I reset it?
A. Simply, click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will be asked for your e-mail address and your Production Number or VIN. We will e-mail your password to the e-mail account that you provide.
Q. I'm a BMW FS Customer and I forgot my Password for Owners' Circle, how do I reset it?
A. Click on the "Forgot Password" link. Then enter your Username, e-mail address, and your Production # or VIN. You will then be asked for your Social Security Number, Zip code, and Date of Birth. Next, you will enter your New Password. Your Password will then be reset so be sure to write it down.
Q. I'm a BMW Financial Services Customer, can I manage my account in the Owners' Circle?
A. Yes, to take advantage of our online services please have the following information available: your Social Security number and BMW Financial Services account number. This information can be found on your BMW Financial Services monthly statement

A. Whether you have a BMW FS Lease or Loan, you can access personalized information about your account, make online payments; view your payment information, transaction history, and payoff information in the Owner's Circle.

Q. What other information is available in the Owners' Circle?
A. You can manage your BMW Bank Accounts online via the Owners' Circle. You can also access the BMW Platinum Visa® Credit card site to make payments or view your statements.
The Owners' Circle also contains vehicle information. You can view your maintenance schedule, view or download vehicle manuals, find insurance information, and see our tips for lease end.
