We immediately begin determining whether your service call can be fulfilled through an "express service" visit, or if it will require a more extensive one-on-one consultation with a service professional. Through detailed discussion, we analyze and begin considering all possibilities of your concern. BMW Performance Pricing quickly provides an accurate and consistent price quote for any service or part needs. We then confirm the availability of any special diagnostic or mechanical equipment. We also anticipate how long the repair may take and schedule a convenient time for you to come in.
Service Visit
The BMW Service Experience assures you that a service professional will be available to help you upon your arrival. Together, we will carefully inspect your vehicle and, if needed, accompany you for a test drive.
